Where are the accessories send from?
XARI Collections is based in The Netherlands. All products are send from Veldhoven, The Netherlands (EU).

What kind of handbag accessories do you sell?

We sell a wide variety of handbag accessories, including bag charms, bag straps, bag chains and more.

How do I know which accessory will fit my handbag? 

Most of our accessories are designed to fit a wide range of handbags. However, we recommend checking the product description or reaching out to our customer service team for assistance.

I have made a mistake in my order. Can I change it?

We apologize, but once an order has been placed it will automatically be processed by our fulfilment center. We cannot make any changes or modifications. We recommend double-checking your order details before submitting your purchase to ensure accuracy. We do accept returns. Please refer to our returns page.

I have made a mistake in my order address. Can I change it?

We apologize, but once an order has been placed, we cannot change the shipping address. We recommend double-checking your address information before submitting your purchase to ensure accuracy. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will issue a refund for the order minus the shipping fees. Alternatively, you can place a new order with the correct address.

Can I return an accessory if I don't like it? 
Yes, we have a hassle-free return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

Can I exchange an item?

If you would like to exchange an item, you can return it for a refund and place a new order for the item you would like instead. Please refer to our return policy for more information on how to initiate a return.

Can I track my order?

Yes, we provide tracking information for all orders. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Can I customize an accessory?

We do not currently offer customization options. However, we are always open to hearing suggestions and feedback from our customers.

The item I want is sold out. When will it be available again?

We always do our best to restock our sold out items as soon as possible. It depends on the item how long this will take. Please follow us on social media our sign up for our newsletter to stay updated.

Shipping rates for orders under €100/$120/£90 (or the equivalent in your currency):

Standard shipping:

€4.50 within The Netherlands

€6.90 to Belgium, Germany & Luxembourg

€9.90 for the other EU countries.

€14.90 to North America, South America, Asia, Oceania & Africa.

How long does it take for I get my order?

Your order will be shipped within 1-2 days. Processing time for custom orders is 1-5 days. It can take 1- 21days for your order to arrive depending on your location.
