Where are the accessories send from?
XARI Collections is based in The Netherlands. All products are send from Hoofddorp, The Netherlands (EU).
How do I place an order?
Placing an order is very simple. Click on the item you want and click on ‘add to cart’. The item is now placed in your cart. You can continue shopping and click on the cart icon when you are ready to place the order. Enjoy!
The item I want is sold out. When will it be available again?
We always do our best to restock our sold out items as soon as possible. It depends on the item how long this will take. Please follow us on social media our sign up for our newsletter to stay updated.
I have a question about a product. How can I contact you?
You contact us via the ‘Contact Us’ form at the bottom of this page.
I have entered the wrong address details on my order. Can I change this?
Please send us a message as soon as possible with your correct address details. You can do this by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Note that once an order has been processed already we can’t change any address details anymore.

How long does it take for I get my order?
Your order will be shipped within 1-2 days. Processing time for custom orders is 1-5 days. It can take 1- 21days for your order to arrive depending on your location.
How can I track my order?
We will always update you via e-mail about the processing of your order. You can also log into your account to see the order details.
Once your order has been shipped out you will receive your tracking number and the shipping company will also update you on the shipping status.
Can I use multiple discount codes?
You can use 1 code per order. It is not possible to use multiple discount codes per order.
